Important: UN Reschedules Cannabis

UN 마약 위원회에서 대마초(Cannabis) 마약 리스트 제외 권고 받아들여

UN、大麻関連物質を麻薬リストから除外することを決定されました。

The Single Convention on Narcotics has been revised to reschedule Cannabis from its narcotics substance list.

On December 2, 2020, the UN Drug Commission accepted a recommendation to exclude cannabis and related substances from Schedule IV. The Single Convention on Narcotics, 1961, a treaty signed by the International Federation and the World Health Organization, after World War II has been amended. Cannabis and cannabis-related substances (Cannabis, Cannabis Resin) will be removed from the drug list according to the results of the vote of the UN Drug Commission (CND) meeting.

2020년 12월 2일, UN 마약 위원회에서 대마초(Cannabis)와 관련 물질을 스케줄 IV에서 제외하는 권고를 받아들였다.  1961년에 체결된 마약단일협약은 제 2차 세계대전 후 해체된 국제 연맹 및 세계보건기구에 따라 체결된 조약이다. 이번 UN 마약위원회(CND) 회의 투표 결과에 따라, 대마초 및 대마초 관련 물질 (Cannabis, Cannabis Resin) 은 마약 리스트에서 제외된다. 

2020年12月2日、オーストリア・ウィーンで行われる国連麻薬委員会(CND)の会合では、国連麻薬委員会は大麻を付表Ⅳから除外することを決定されました。

1961年、麻薬に関する単一条約(まやくにかんするたんいつじょうやく、Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs)は、第二次世界大戦後、解体した国際連盟による万国阿片条約を、国際連合および世界保健機関が引き継いだことによって締結された条約です。

UN-CND会合では、大麻及び大麻関連物質(カンナビス/カンナビスレジン)を麻薬リストから除外することを決定されました。
